Some basic testing:
Edit: optimised raycaster is 19-20ms/20-21ms, which matches the other lores result being ~1ms slower |

Makes it easy to switch to qwstpad
Mostly the exported functions, but also the double-tap stuff
Avoids diagonal tearing from letting the display do it

This has the patches from the loader test branch, plus some extra bits from the WIP branch for vsync and LEDs. (All four are just set to the average of the RGB value)
